Swedsh is kind of a hard language to learn. Many Swedish words can be used for many different things. For example, ‘tomten’ which can mean ‘Santa’ or ‘the yard’ depending on how you pronounce it. There are other words that can have 6-8 different meanings, depending on your pronunciation.

Some of the hardest Swedish words to pronounce is supposed to be ‘sjuksköterska’ and ‘tjugosju’ which you can learn about in the video below. Another word, that is even hard for swedes, is ‘genre’ which is pronounced ‘sjanger’ (‘genre’ also in English, but with other pronunciation).
